She is so encouraging and I love how she saw me struggling & corrected my form LOL. My arms were on fire today in the best way possible. // Side note: I am not sure how strict they are on everyone wearing grip socks since I know it is required but I noticed the person next to me was not wearing any and it was really gross since we are sweating and occasionally use each other’s yoga mats to do mat work.

I'm just a little weirded out by hearing loud huffing and puffing by the men that are in the class during the end when we're quietly stretching lol. I'm not 100% sure how I feel about this class.

I’ve been here a couple times and we’ve never touched any weights or really had any accessories incorporated besides a band. I hope the studio starts to incorporate more challenging classes because the space is really nice, and so are the instructors. I always leave feeling like I didn’t get enough bang for my credits.

I am a beginner level in pilates the instructor was always able to provide intermediate options as well as walk around helping everyone with their posture. I would definitely recommend this class and will be back again soon.
