    Strength Training Full Body Circuit

    Both instructors teaching at this studio are fantastic! The studio itself has character and as soon as you arrive it just feels like a good decision. This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

    Gentle Yoga

    This gentle yoga class was so special! I loved how nurturing the space felt, especially the playlist. I almost came to tears at one point because the energy was just so good and I could tell that the instructor really is passionate about what she’s doing. I will definitely be back for more gentle yoga classes with Ritu. I also must add that I really appreciated her invitation to stay in meditation if it felt right during savanna bc it was definitely needed. 🤍✨

    One of the most fun cycling classes I’ve ever taken! Jess was motivating and enthusiastic. The class I took was called Taylor’s Version and we rode to Taylor Swift, it was such a fun atmosphere. Loved it!!

    It was my first time EVER trying cycling & I’m so glad I came here! I read a lot of the reviews stating nobody helped them set up, get familiar with equipment, etc. But my experience was totally different. I arrived 25 mins before class started & the nice lady at the front desk helped me get set up. She gave me cycling shoes, showed me around & took time to set up the bike & show me how to get on & off the bike properly. The class itself was so much fun. Maggie was so great & encouraging & pushed you but also let you go at the pace you were comfortable with. I will definitely be back!

    Real Strength

    David was awesome! I got lucky and just happened to be the only one that signed up so it ended up being a personal training session. The routine was perfectly challenging and I really enjoyed it. I’ve walked away having learned something both times, and therefore feeling more confident in the gym setting.
