I felt like I had such a good yoga practice — I was sweating a ton, which I love, and the flow felt both challenging and grounding. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and energized. Definitely looking forward to taking this class again!

While the class good and challenged me some of the transitions were awkward and done in a way that could lead to injury. Remember to listen to your body and not follow the instructor if your body is saying “ ouch.”

His voice is really soothing and the meditation aspects he brings help calm my anxious mind. I'm sad Divine is closing down, but I'll be following him to other spaces!
