60 Min. KettleBooty
alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat workout! As a beginner, it was a bit hard to gauge how heavy of a kettlebell to use. But, the instructor did a great job giving clear instructions and motivating us to keep going. It was also well-sequenced so that we worked a bit of everything.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenChris’s yoga class was a truly transformative experience. The Jivamukti flow wove together yoga philosophy, kirtan, and meditation in a way that felt deeply spiritual and grounding. It wasn’t just a class—it was a journey into the heart of yoga. The post-class complimentary vegetarian meal brought the community together, creating a space to connect, share, and extend the energy of the practice. BhaktiSF radiates love, devotion, and connection, and I’m so grateful to have found this sacred space. I’ll definitely be returning to continue this beautiful journey with the community. Namaste! 🙏🏻✨
a holistic practice to uplift body mind and spiritPlease note, we have moved to…Anti Gravity Yoga
alle Bewertungen anzeigenI had an unusually small class according to Armando and I got to go slower because of it. I am grateful as I probably would have been intimidated out of doing most of it. Anti-gravity yoga is no joke, it requires a lot of core strength -- which I do not have much of, but it was still really fun. I was able to mostly keep up with about 4 months of mostly yin yoga experience ALL WHILE NOT TOUCHING THE FLOOR. The class is really great for releasing tension in the hips and back, I cracked a bunch both while doing the poses and after. When you do return to the floor, your body feels so different. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an entirely unique yoga experience all while pushing your practice to new heights (pun intended).
