Rumble Training 50 mins - SF
see all reviewsMy first time with this instructor and the workout kept me 100% engaged, her music was amazing, and I loved her vibe. Only complaint is that the music got super loud sometimes and I couldn’t hear her, but otherwise it was an awesome class

see all reviewsSuch a fun workout, it went by in a flash. Experienced boxers might be a little annoyed at the slow lesson on punches in the beginning, but it didn’t take up too much time. Squeaky clean studio with nice amenities.

see all reviewsTook a class with Sierra and she’s such a fun instructor! This was my third class and I have to admit I still don’t know most of the verbal cues or movements. Either way it’s a great workout but wish I knew how/what was going on bc I’m pretty sure I’m not doing these movements right. Instead of feeling core or arm engagement I feel like I’m just flailing around lol.

see all reviewsThis was not only the hardest Barry’s class I’ve ever done, but the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I mean that in a good way - I left feeling so accomplished! Only suggestion would be to avoid 20 sec sprints because it takes awhile for the tread to ramp up and then 5 sec is already gone

see all reviewsGreat class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. But the instructor was great; she demonstrated the movements and gave ample time to get prepared for the next exercise while telling and showing you what was coming next.

see all reviewsOne word: amazing!!! This class *truly* gets you into alignment. I learned so much about anatomy; Chadd is incredibly knowledgeable and wise. Not to mention very funny, too! He will have you laughing and simultaneously wincing in pain because of the deep tissue/muscle release—it hurts so good! I would say the class description is spot-on, accurate and aptly written as it really is a form of massage. You’ll leave class feeling transformed and way better than you did when you walked in.

see all reviewsSimilar to Orangetheory Fitness or Barry’s where the class was a combo of treadmill workout upstairs followed by weights in the downstairs studio. Just like OTF and Barry’s, treadmill workout was a mix of speed and inclines so perfect if you love cardio workout! This is a good starter class for ClassPass members that would like to sign up for Barry’s but are intimated.

see all reviewsLOVE LOVE LOVE the quiet Shavasana, without music. These days, so few instructors do that, so the peace was very much appreciated. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

Julie's instruction is always top tier 👌🏼 She takes the time to make sure we understand how to do what's coming next, repeats spring changes once we're in the move, gives options for making moves easier or more challenging, and is attentive to clients she knows are taking their first class. She also corrects form which is very important! Love her classes, highly recommend.

I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!
