IN PERSON: Intro to Dance and Ballet
alle Bewertungen anzeigenWas very fast paced considering it is meant to be a beginner class. I did dance as a kid so I had some basis for what to do, but she didn’t even talk about foot or arm position or proper posture until I asked if I was in the wrong level. After checking she told me some people stay in that class for roughly 9 months before progressing to beginner, so keep that in mind.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenClass went smoothly, the venue was polished, and the teacher was very kind. True intermediate level ballet class where the exercises were demo'd succintly and helpful tips were offered throughout class. I had a positive experience being new to the studio, and would recommend it!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class is really technique and skills focused. I’ve been doing yoga for years, but this class helped me refocus my positions and skill. If you’re new to the class, like I was, you’ll get lots of individualized attention. I left feeling more flexible, but it was definitely more of a workout than I was going for (I was hoping for a relaxing stretch) and more instruction than I anticipated.
