The space itself was very aesthetically pleasing, lots of cool lights, tons of room to dance, they even had cold towels to use after class! alle Bewertungen anzeigenI haven’t taken a good dance class in about 35 years and this class was so much fun, Lisa, the teacher is amazing and really caters to every person and their needs. She has a way of making everyone feels comfortable. It’s so nice to take some thing other than yoga, gym workout or aerobics. And this class is great for your brain, and not too difficult, therefore not too intimidating, but you do sweat !!!! So don’t be afraid to jump into something new!!!
