The studio is gorgeous for evening classes with the holiday lights too, would highly recommend taking a class here!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

She took the time to say hello to a couple of people including myself before class started and I just thought that was so nice and thoughtful . This class is challenging and will make you sweat but you’ll feel so great and accomplished afterwards. I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

The room was heated and stayed the same temperature through the whole class. Which I love. The lights were perfect. I hate when workout classes have the lights on high beam. We are all sweating. . So having it dim is the way it should always be. Music was also great! haven't worked that hard in awhile. If you want to get in shape I would highly suggest taking her class.

The glass room allows the sounds and the vibrations to move right through you. The lights above dimmed like flickering candles. Blankets and bolsters made it comfortable holding stretches in-between long savannas. Truly worth every penny. It was magical. Thank you Elizabeth. Parking can be a little stressful if arriving with a few minutes to spare. I arrived 20 minutes prior and it was perfect. All you need is your yoga mat and a water bottle. Beautiful spot with amazing acoustics.

He pours his heart and soul into teaching and this new smaller studio allows for such a personalized feel. He also gives great coaching and reminders to be present throughout. This studio is a super unique yoga experience, highly recommend!
