The class really is great for all levels as they provide modifications and also ways to make it more difficult, too. I am currently 6 months pregnant and felt great working through the class with the modifications in place. Highly recommend!

I was on class pass as I temporarily lived in the area and tried EVERY STORE yet Veda bar was always my favorite, Teris class especially!
