I’ve only taken a couple of classes at this studio and I’m not an actual dancer and i thought she did such a good job teaching and made sure everyone had a chance to ask questions and get the dance before moving on. It was good for all levels. Unfortunately i found out she is only a sub but if she didn’t it again i would definitely take her class!

With each class I find myself becoming more and more confident with my body and feel my connection to my intuition growing stronger. This is not your normal dance class. It pushes you to get out of your head and into the natural movement of your body. It is the perfect way to reconnect with yourself through play and movement before starting your week.
