    60 Min. Tru Hot Pilates (All Levels)

    First time doing hot mat pilates and I can say I will be incorporating this into my weekly routine. It’s a new refreshing way of pushing yourself, I’m used to only doing weight lifting so this was challenging it’s in own way. I attended the 9:15 AM class and the instructor was very encouraging and motivating. Highly recommend this studio.

    Coach David has nailed the balance between pushing you to your limits while still allowing you to take the class at your own pace. He was incredible today, extremely knowledge about form and quick to correct without embarrassment if he noticed something wrong. EnergyX is lucky to have him and this will not be my last class with him. One of the best workout classes I’ve taken in a long time

    Intermediate Pilates

    Jill really challenged us in this class! I felt like she really utilized a lot of different equipment which I appreciated. Felt like we switched it up a bit. We used the box right next to the reformer and did lunges with one leg on the reformer and one on the box, then we did a lot of upper body on the box but using the arm straps from the reformer! I will definitely be sore tomorrow lol and I will be back for this class.
