    I only write reviews when someone is exceptionally good or bad- and Natalie was the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. I believe she said she’s a PT which makes sense because she has a very strong understanding of how a body moves, and she explains each movement in a clear way that really helped me get the most out of each exercise/stretch. Will absolutely be coming back

    Reformer Pilates

    Wow, Morgan was awesome!! She gave the best cues to engage the right muscles. This is the only studio I go to where the instructors teach like they have a degree in pilates. Everyone here is so knowledgeable. I also love that there’s only 4 reformers. Every class is semi-private. I can’t recommend them enough!

    TONE

    Cueing/instruction was lacking, especially with moves that are not intuitive like “rockstar” . Verbal cues are helpful rather than having to physically correct everyone which can be discouraging. I also modified one move to improve core engagement (as it’s taught in lagree) and was corrected, making for a less comfortable/engaging posture. I do appreciate the owner making it a point to be there, and engage with clients. I think they’ll find their groove and get past the awkward stage soon.
