Not enough warmup at the beginning for some of the deep poses we did, not enough time at the end to slow down and do finishing/calming poses.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI loved the attitude of inclusion in the class. Seemed to be a mix of 30-60 year old women and a few of their preteen daughters. The instructor started out saying that we didn’t have to follow her moves. I was comfortable going at a slower pace than the class but still got a good workout and didn’t feel awkward. Hip-hop music and fun atmosphere!
