alle Bewertungen anzeigenreally enjoyed the class!! the instructor had really nice energy, the songs were chosen with a good tempo & the exercises were less typical to what I'm used to, which made it fun. we started with some contemporary exercises, moved to some Barre exercises, then ended with some mat exercise. a good mix of dance inspired movements which made my body happy & others that required more core/calve strength
