alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe class was intense but very doable for beginners! We used a thin band and small weights (both are provided) with lots of reps. There was core work in the second half. I enjoyed the team’s connection as the instructor, Sarah, checked in with everyone. Several class participants and staff as well were helpful and welcomed me. There was a brief stretch at the end which I wish was longer but they do small stretches throughout the class too. I really enjoyed this workout and would love to come back!
