Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.

It was a little overwhelming for my first class but you get the hang of it. 18 stations, rotate through 3x. Burned 450 calories and I’m no pro. Give it a shot. Diverse ages and abilities for sure. Everyone looked pretty rough and confused for some of it. My body feels really good and refreshed after so I give it 5 stars. And I like her energy a lot. I just think the flow and cues could be more well thought out for the clientele. Spending 5 minutes at the beginning of class talking about your hands and feet and how they should feel during yoga just didn’t really land

I wouldn’t recommend his class if it’s your first time at Barry’s. Her flows are incredibly challenging yet they’re sequenced so well that you feel like you can close your eyes and flow through them with ease. I really love the little battery operated candles that she places all around the room. They really add to the atmosphere and help set the tone for class. I appreciate her teaching style as well, she’s super personable and inviting. I truly wish she taught at the Hillcrest location regularly!
