It was a super challenging class without all the fluffy yoga talk, which I absolutely loved. I have taken nearly every instructor class at urban and keri is by far my favorite. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

They have large rooms with high ceilings! The space is so comfy and calming. I’ve been to a few classes with different instructors and everyone’s been amazing but Kelsi is definitely my favorite! She guides the class so well and she’s very attentive. Happy to have found my place!😌
