I love that the focus is on upper body, which is exactly what I need to work on. He’s also very nice, walks around to help with form, and gives great tips and modifications. Plus, his playlist is amazing!!

His cueing, encouragement and thoughtful modifications make him an exceptional instructor. Every playlist makes the workout so much fun and keeps the energy high from start to finish. Even though I don’t go super often, she always creates an environment that feels welcoming and easy to jump back into. Her barre class flowed seamlessly from start to finish, and you can tell she’s very intentional with how everything is structured. She does an amazing job reading the room and offering thoughtful variations and modifications, so everyone feels supported while still being challenged. Great music, a tough (but rewarding) workout, and such positive energy every time. Highly recommend taking any of her classes!

I enjoyed Stephanie's class along with all the props we used in the class, such as the blocks, strap, bolster pillow, blanket, and towel. It was all beneficial and set the mood for a relaxing experience. A good stretch was what I needed after a few days of playing pickleball. The facility is beautiful. Good vibes. I can't wait to try out other classes at Luxe Yoga.
