I liked how we used the props in different ways for the sequence and how thoroughly Rachel demonstrated the moves with them. I wish we ended the class on a faster move to burn everything out, but no biggie. Overall Rachel was great and so was the music 🔥

My only note would be that I would love some corrections on my form. There are some things I just know I’m probably doing wrong and I would love some notes on how to do it better! But a really encouraging environment and I would definitely go back!
