alle Bewertungen anzeigenNormally I dislike doing any classes which are modifications of the original 26&2. But this class was different. I feel like I got all of the benefits of 26&2 without the class feeling rushed. Along with that, the class gives you ample time to set up postures and do strengthening exercises in between. It’s really a total workout. The studio is clean and nicely designed. Great showers, soap, and you get a locker as well. This studio is a gem, I’ll be coming back for sure
