alle Bewertungen anzeigenHawi is an exceptional coach! He's so good at what he does. In a space that could feel intimidating to some, he makes everyone feel welcome, included, and safe. He pushes you to work hard but doesn't boot-camp-scream-in-your-face kind of motivate. He genuinely wants to see you succeed and improve in the craft. I would trust just about anything he says - that's how great at creating connection he is! The class itself is great - no boxing, but you work HARD going through stations of different exercises. Hawi instructs on proper form throughout, and is there to offer modifications if needed or wanted. Also.. the playlist was 🔥🔥🔥 today 🤘

Learned so much, sweated, got challenged. Mario doesn't guide he corrects posture and form for many individuals in the class. Wish this class stayed on classpass. Would be coming here weekly!
