I didn't receive any response, but still went due to the policy. Of course, I arrived and no one's there. I received a text from the provider later that evening with apologies. We exchanged messages and they offered 🫴 a complimentary brow wax if I still wanted to book. I was able to book for the following Wednesday and enjoyed the service. She is professional and efficient.
