Starts off with strength training exercises for 30 minutes and then moves into a stretching yoga which was amazing. The instructions were clear and not rushed like some yoga classes. After you spend time rebounded or on these vibrating plates and then get some red light. All around very healing and really welcoming group of women of all ages and fitness abilities. I left so refreshed and will definitely be back for more!
