Would definitely recommend to anybody who is on the fence about it. I am an avid lifter and the trainer helped me with small issues I been having at the gym. Only recommendation i would suggest to the only is to put a sign near the basement entrance so people know to go through the basement gate instead of the apartment building entrance.
