I appreciated their approach to the class- incorporating setting intentions and meditation without it feeling imposing or rigid. Everything felt intuitive and flowed seamlessly. In terms of power yoga, this class didn’t feel as strenuous as other studios i’ve been to. But I wasn’t disappointed by what was offered. I still got a sweat in. Their cuing was easy to follow and the class was a great way to start off my day. The studio is super clean, easy to find and they provide mats and blocks. There’s also a water station. I am healing from a herniated disc that caused sciatica (I’m in my 20s) so it was a very difficult phase in my life where I wasn’t able to ambulate my entire left side of the body. Danielle was so friendly from the moment I walked in and she was patient and kind through each of the stretches and poses she taught. I couldn't do most of them, but I was encouraged to practice what I could work on. I'm proud of myself for trying and I would attend this class again. The space is clean and easy to navigate and it is not difficult to get there.
