Not only they make you feel welcome and important as you step in, their service staff are equally kind and respectful and oh so knowledgeable. The space is immaculate. Numbing cream was used to make it as painless as possible. Place was clean. Knocked off one star because the booking is for 10 moles/tags and only 7 was done, one of which is 3mm so I understand if that counted as two moles. When numbing cream was put on 7 moles/tags, I asked if it was 10 and she said it was so not sure why there is a discrepancy.
