He was super attentive and gave a lot of helpful feedback during the class to correct your form and challenge you when necessary. The class was fun and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good mix of methods including HIIT and Strength training.

I have been in so many classes with in excess of five empty reformers, all while it’s near impossible to book them through ClassPass. I get ClassPass is a worse deal for studios than if I book directly, but isn’t it ultimately better for all involved to have more students taking these classes rather than leaving ClassPass subscribers feeling like second class citizens?
