The class consists of only five people, so the coach has time to focus on everyone, which really helps with learning. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the training sessions were fun, even though they could be challenging at times. I especially liked that after the session, the main lights were turned off, allowing us to relax and cool down in a comfortable setting. Highly recommend!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe studio is super clean with great amenities, plenty of showers, changing space, water, hair dryer, etc. Fun and effective video-based workouts with trainer there to explain, check form, and motivate (Atena was great). If you like “gamified” workouts where they show you all your performance stats and a leaderboard, competitive challenges, etc., they do all of that here. They also provide hand wraps and gloves for free. I had fun and will definitely be back!
