Destiny kills it every single week and I always look forward to Tuesday evenings. This class is so fun, you ALWAYS get a good sweat, and the energy is always on 1000%. I wish this class was offered twice a week, because I would be in both religiously.

I have enjoyed her classes, I am battling vertigo and Sciatica. Yoga is helping tremendously. I've always been type A and my workouts have been running, hiit, spin and weights. I am learning to exercise differently as I'm in my 50s and "going hard" no longer serves me, mentally or physically. Kate's class is a great, challenging workout!
