They’ll put you in the very back corner despite the other treds and floor spots being wide open and the front desk refuses to move you. I’ve been coming for years so know this is new.

She pushes you in the best way. Also she has the best music that really gets you through the class. And she’s adorable with her dance moves keeping her energy up (and mine)

The bird dog with lateral reach was probably the most challenging for me personally, but it was a good hip/shoulder opener following the squat series.

I love that the workouts focus on isolated muscle groups instead of every day being a full body workout. I also love that you’ll never do the same workout twice. 100/10 stars 😊

A great strength workout followed, and we ended with a good stretch during yoga. The studio is clean and organized, and every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Really impressed with this structure, and I’ll be back!
