She is very kind and patient, you can tell she enjoys teaching and will make sure that you are doing each exercise the right way so that you can really feel it in certain muscle groups.     Tina and Jerome were amazing. It was my first time here and I had a great time. This particular class size was small, which was nice. I arrived 25 min early as instructed when I signed up. Tina got me acquainted with everything and signed me in. Both she and Jerome taught me some moves to prepare me for the class. As an Instructor, Jerome was awesome! He was very attentive to everyone and had good energy, which kept things fun and engaging. I would recommend this class to anyone.

    Club & Cycle for Beginners

    This class was very hard for me. My first time cycling, I had a very difficult time not focusing on the seat or how uncomfortable I was on it. However, the instructor Belinda was amazing. She was patient and kind. Great music, great vibes, clean space. Very welcoming. Also, the young lady at the front, I believe her name was Asia, also very patient and kind and answered all of my annoying questions.

    It was not run as a class and more like a go at your own pace workout with different exercise stations., the owner-instructor was welcoming and introduced me to everyone there (a small group) and made sure I knew what to do, first with a regular while he was occupied, and then he came around with me to each station to tell me how to do each exercise.effectively. It was definitely a great workout!
