Teacher Jenny is so encouraging and hands-on throughout the class. She really takes the time to go around and assist each student, so you know you’re doing the stretches properly. Honestly, you start getting nervous when you see her coming your way😆 but it’s always worth it because her guidance really helps you improve your stretches. Definitely one of my favorite classes! Lalabas kang may abs charr😂😂

I felt more muscle groups on my lower body and arms were used. There were core exercises too. I hope the studio can install mirrors 😊

Teacher Ty was very attentive and made sure to correct our body alignment throughout the class. He guided us really well through each stretch and made sure we were doing everything properly. I really appreciated how hands-on and encouraging he was. 🩷

She’s also so funny while teaching, so the class is always fun and lively! She’s incredibly talented, graceful, and flexible. You can’t help but be amazed watching her do the tricks.
