I told her it was my first time and first day working out and she said to do what is best for me even if I can’t keep up and slow down . She followed up and acknowledged how great I did. I will return.

She did a great job giving modifications and checking on the room to help with form where needed- I love how she turned her mic off when doing so too. Would definitely recommend if you’d like to get more into lifting weights but are intimidated / new to it - or if you’re just looking for a great class. Thank you Stephanie!!

In addition to some Latin styles like salsa, there were also Afro movements (please correct me if I’m wrong), so it felt powerful and full of life, a bit like warrior dance. I’m totally new to any type of dance and still trying hard to keep up with the moves, but I truly enjoyed the class.
