She emphasize a lot on correct posture which is so hard to find nowadays in pilates that are mushrooming. Im so glad i finally find my fav pilate place in Penang and i will definitely be back! And credit to the girl at the reception who also welcome my first visit warmly and introduce the studio to me. See u soon!

Honestly super suitable for people who sit long hours at work 😭 It really trains the weak hamstrings and lower body muscles that we normally don’t use properly. First time seeing my legs shaking uncontrollably during some movements, but I guess that just proves those exercises were really activating the right muscles and helping with my weak lower body.

From the warm welcome upon arrival, to the cozy waiting area, and the beautifully designed Pilates room, the entire ambience felt so comfortable, calming, and thoughtfully put together. Hui Ming’s cues were clear, precise, and very suitable for an intermediate class. What I really appreciate is that the movements may look simple, but you can definitely feel the burn. And the best part? She always explains where you should be feeling it, which really helps with mind-body connection and proper engagement. Love love her classes. This is actually my second class with her, I attended one of her classes a few months ago when I was in Penang, and she was so good that I had to come back for more. Will definitely make another trip here again whenever I’m in Penang.
