Dynamic Vinyasa Flow and Meditation

Kristelle guided us through a series of poses that flowed effortlessly from one to the next and targeted strength and flexibility. The class was led with clear intention, providing an experience that felt both challenging and restorative. By the end of the session I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. It was a perfect blend of mindful practice and physicality! Can not wait for the next session!
