He taught us boxing techniques and the combination with cardio was great. If you want a place to release all your stress and have a good workout, this is the one. Chase had an awesome energy.

I would just keep in mind it’s a very intimate class setting and there is no music or anything! I like it but if you want something more up beat I would not recommend. Personally I enjoy the calmness of the studio for a Sunday workout!
