alle Bewertungen anzeigenStella is mindful, creative, and empathetic. She led a powerful class and gave great tips! I am suggesting that she reminds students to use their quiet indoor voices at the end of class, as some people choose to stay in chavasana for a few more minutes. (I unfortunately left feeling a bit violated by 2 students talking about their plans for the day incredibly loudly 20 inches from my ear while I was still recovering. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I couldn’t believe they were that oblivious.)

I was immediately greeted by the sweetest front desk person, Julia and then wonderfully demolished by a hard & challenging workout by Ella! I can’t believe I haven’t found this studio sooner since it’s very close to home but I’m glad I did! The sequences were very challenging and core-focused (which I love and want, yay!) and I loved the variety of moves—the entire workout was great and she will push you in the best way! Plus Ella gives great adjustments and is detail-oriented too with a calming/grounding voice of instruction! (: Overall, really amazing first experience here and I’m more than happy to come back!!
