alle Bewertungen anzeigenHonestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenMMA District offers real MMA, Muay Thai, no-gi Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, and conditioning classes. The studio is brand new, large, super clean, well organized, and has everything you need to train mixed martial arts. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The gym also includes two heavy bags, a squat rack, sets of dumbbells & kettlebells, and all kinds of accessories. Parking is in the private gated lot. There are two mat spaces and two bathrooms. They have a separate shower most gyms do not have. Hanny is very friendly, personable, and full of knowledge. She helped me dissected each combo with patience and clear communication. She's a great coach and amazing human being. Hanny made one hour seem priceless.

I will come back to the studio. And I would recommend Dewey’s class to any yoga student who wants to expand their practice.

This Open Beginners class had a range of ages from 4 to adults, which I liked because it helped me feel humble, motivated, and open to learning. It was structured with a warmup/stretching, strength & cardio, practice blocking and punching, and paired sparring. I am an absolute beginner at karate, but Sensei did a great job meeting every person at their level. She motivated each of us. It was genuinely one of the hardest workouts I've done in a while, but fun at the same time. I hope to return!
