Align & Flow 75
alle Bewertungen anzeigenStella is mindful, creative, and empathetic. She led a powerful class and gave great tips! I am suggesting that she reminds students to use their quiet indoor voices at the end of class, as some people choose to stay in chavasana for a few more minutes. (I unfortunately left feeling a bit violated by 2 students talking about their plans for the day incredibly loudly 20 inches from my ear while I was still recovering. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I couldn’t believe they were that oblivious.)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenCameron Lewis is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve practiced with. His sequencing flows beautifully, the music is always on point, and he’s fully present throughout class. Every session is challenging without feeling overwhelming, and I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and completely refreshed. If you’re looking for a class that’s both rewarding and thoughtfully taught, I can’t recommend Cameron Lewis’s classes enough.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis was such a fun class! This was my first class at a CPY studio and I was so pleased. I’ve attended other “hot” classes and this was the perfect temperature. I’ve attended classes that were ridiculously hot to where you don’t enjoy it. The instructor was great, high energy. Loved the playlist. Parking was easy as well. Love that they have lockers and locks available. Showers and restrooms were clean. Will definitely be back!
