Great facility with lots of space and enough equipment. Class was held in the loft, not in the “CrossFit” area, which may be less intimidating for some people.

Jim asked if I had any injuries or physical limitations and he lmk I could modify any exercises to fit my needs. The class was welcoming as Jim introduced me as a first timer. During class Jim was motivating, explained exercises in a way that was easy to follow and gave regular words of encouragement to everyone and helped correct form. It wasa great class and recommended.

I appreciate him giving modifications for any workouts that may be hard on the knees and lower back. This is a very non judgemental, friendly neutral space. I felt comfortable as a person who was huffing and puffing throughout the class. I felt better forwards the end of it
