alle Bewertungen anzeigenYou’re told to bring bathing suit and water jug for hydration. But I also recommend bringing toiletries like mini body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The showers ran out of them and thank goodness I brought some. Also no need for a water jug because they have paper cups and lots of water stations. Your water jug would just heat up in the sauna. The instructors were informative and friendly. During lively free flow; you explore the place on your own at your own pace. Usually it’s recommended to start off in the sauna for 10-15 minutes to warm you up and then go into the ice bath/plunge. They have lockers with pins so no need to bring a lock. No phones are allowed past the changing room/locker room. The saunas have sand timers on the side of the walls to help you keep track of time as there are clocks everywhere. They give you a blue bracelet if you’re new and that helps guides identify you and help you 1:1 if needed.
