alle Bewertungen anzeigenLily was SO sweet, I barely got to class less than 5 minutes early and she walked me through the equipment before class started and gently corrected me if I didn’t understand the exercise she was very thorough and a great instructor and the workout was KILLER in the best way muscles I didn’t know I had were getting worked and I felt every movement it was hands down the best workout I’ve ever gotten and you feel the workout without just feeling tired.

I think a disclaimer for newbies to start with pretty light weights might be helpful - I’m comfortable enough to do that on my own but if I’d grabbed the weights suggested I would’ve had a bad time.

I was getting bored with the same moves in each of the classic classes but Hannah had us doing new moves that were challenging and fun! She was a great instructor and had great music! ✨ I can’t wait to take another one of her classes!
