The private infrared room is comfortable, the reformer machines are excellent, and the 30-minute workout is a real time-saver. I was initially surprised to discover that the coach was on a screen, but the video was easy to follow and very motivating. As someone who regularly trains both in studios and independently, I really enjoyed the concept. A big thank you to Wendy and Erwin for their warm welcome and kindness. It was my first visit, and everyone made me feel comfortable right away. I will definitely be back!
