It really gets into all the nooks and crannies and is intense yet relaxing at the same time. Great addition to my intense hot Pilates and reformer Pilates classes. I really enjoyed it.

Christina leads a wonderful yin class, offering guidance and modifications for beginners as well as challenges for more advanced yogis. I am a beginner and have been loving yin, especially those classes lead by Christina. Her gentle voice and well-paced dialogue layered over an incredible playlist creates the best vibe. This morning class + her Thursday night candlelight yin are now going to be a part of my weekly routine. Just the right amount of stretch, mindfulness, relaxation with a soft touch of strength. Get out of class feeling refreshed just in time to stroll the WPB Green Market! Simply the best!

Was a very gorgeous balance between fun and playful movement / breath work and some deeper intrinsic moments. I would recommend this workshop / spiritual experience to all. I will most definitely be back to Arcana, first and definitely not last experience.
