Class was smooth through the transitions and not so many moves crammed into 1 workout so I felt like my body was able to have more mind body connection which was great. It was challenging without it being too easy or hard. I would come back. Studio was also very clean and organized. 10/10

I showed up after circling to find parking for them to say “oh this is 5 minutes from here and they have a parking lot”. Luckily I had 5 minutes to get there. Great instructor. Only one other student. Only 4 reformers.
