The workout while not feeling too strenuous while doing it actually made my body feel extremely worked out and stretched out by the end. Loved it!

Was a very gorgeous balance between fun and playful movement / breath work and some deeper intrinsic moments. I would recommend this workshop / spiritual experience to all. I will most definitely be back to Arcana, first and definitely not last experience.
