That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!

It is a mix of strength training reps focused on upper body and core for this class, and then rowing intervals in between with adequate time to rest. Jenn showed us how to do it all with proper form the whole way through. Highly recommend!

You can tell that she cares that everybody is doing their best and that you’re doing it correctly. If you’re new to rowing, I highly recommend starting with her class.
