Her style of instruction keeps me in my flow, clears the mental blocks, and has had a wonderful impact on my physical health and personal strength. She builds the heat throughout the practice, but she does it in a way that works for all levels of practice. Her humor, affirming mantras and delivery, bring a smile to my face, even as I'm trying to hold Warrior 3, again! Take a class with Rose, and your body will eventually thank you!!

That said, I was able to make it through this class, have fun, and feel like I worked really hard. The instructor was great with cueing, reminding us about form, and providing modifications. The music selection was great, helped me keep pace, and motivated me throughout. I already signed up for the next class!
