Gave me tour of the studio right before the class started, and even let me know what other classes they have available. The class was pretty easy to keep up with especially if you’ve taken a barre class before. EVEN if you haven’t trust me you’ll enjoy it. And the instructor provided modifications if needed! Will definitely be back soon!

It’s nice because you get good heat in the room like hot yoga but get to do a combo of yoga, flow poses and sculpting! I just wish they had the class available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after 1 pm!

The class tonight was very full which made it a bit difficult to get into the poses fully due to the limited space. Lisa still did a great job at making sure everyone got the assistance needed, and led a great class. Namaste!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI enjoyed the ambiance of the studio. I felt welcomed and accommodated by the receptionist and instructor. They were very informative and kind. The studio room is beautiful and as soon I walk in I felt the heat but it wasn't overwhelming. I learned alot during the class and I did poses I was scared to try on my own and it was amazing experience. Justine was great she made sure you breathed and gave different modifications for the poses. And she also very encouraging throughout the entire class. I will definitely take another class. I rate it a 10/10 !!!

She makes sure you feel safe and comfortable. I love pushing myself to my limits and seeing what I can do. Can’t wait to continue this practice and watch myself get more confident and flexible.
