alle Bewertungen anzeigenvery high energy class! they walk you through all the moves, and the instructor does them with you, so it’s easy to catch up if you’re confused. the music was loud and fun. the workout was challenging, i’ve never done a workout class like this before, but i really enjoyed it. kickboxing will get you sweating, but it’s a good feeling!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenLoved coming here, it was my first time and Zoe was so welcoming and warm. I felt so comfortable in my own skin and didn’t feel like I had to go at anyone’s pace but my own. Zoe encouraged us to try something new and though I’m not all the way there with a handstand I will definitely try it next time because I’m coming back for sure! The energy and vibe was so peaceful loved each movement. It was so intentional and the atmosphere truly re-aligned me which was much needed!
