I found very helpful for a good and safe stretch, and grounding. Studio of course is very nice, as you would expect with Como. If you are new to prenatal yoga, or earlier in your pregnancy journey - I suggest to come with questions to ask the instructor post class to maximize your experience. She is very welcoming.

First time to this Orchard studio and the layout will take a bit of time to get used to, the room is narrow and long so the reformers are quite close together. Good thing is there are mirrors on all sides, left, right and the front.

Unlike other franchise studios where they just rush through without proper form, she actually takes the time to explain everything—even down to the different types of grips for each apparatus. Truly impressed! 💯 This is easily one of the best Pilates studios I’ve tried in Singapore. Classes are kept very small, so everyone gets personalized attention and proper posture correction. Her constant reminder to resist the spring tension when returning the carriage was really helpful to avoid falling into momentum and have an effective workout.
